A Bit About Me

A professional with 9 years’ experience in customer service, in multiple types of industries.


I find meaning and pleasure in helping others succeed, enjoy building personal relationships, and I'm curious to know what really drives users and their needs. I have strong critical thinking skills and I'm confident about taking responsibility and ownership of tasks & projects. I'm passionate about new technologies and always eager to learn more.

I thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and look at changes as an opportunity to grow.

In 2012 I finished my bachelor’s degree in Arts and Design at the most prestigious University in my state (Universidade Federal do Ceará) back in Brazil. After that, I decided to travel to America through a Cultural Exchange Program called Au Pair, where I had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world.

I studied and travelled throughout America and in general, broadened my perspectives about life. By the time I went back to Brazil, I had an immense feeling of wanderlust, so I decided to explore my opportunities and travel to Europe.

A friend of mine was coming to Dublin, so I decided to join her in this adventure and in Dublin I found a new home. In 2018, I finished my MBA in Marketing at Dublin Business School and in 2020, I received a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing and Social Media at the Fitzwilliam Institute.


Since, I've taken several customer support oriented roles & found my true passion in Ecommerce & Tech support.
